I have been a real estate broker for 27+ years as a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member), specializing in Multifamily/Investment properties. Only 6% of commercial brokers have the esteemed CCIM! 

I have completed well over $250 million in volume and 1000’s of transactions including sales and leasing of multifamily/investment properties. After graduating in 1995 with a law degree, I decided to start my own real estate businesses. I owned/operated my own commercial brokerage for 17+ years, with up to 15 agents. As well, I owned/operated a large-scale multifamily property management company (up to 600 units under management). Over a 15 year period, I acquired approximately 475 properties individually, including hundreds of multifamily properties from 4-94 units and office buildings. Most of my properties were value-add. I project managed each turnaround and re-positioning. A few years ago, I obtained my MBA with a Real Estate emphasis to further improve the value I bring to each transaction and client involved.
